Andre Walker Brewster (b. Dec. 9, 1862, New Jersey-d. March 27, 1942), Major General in the U.S. Army, began his military career with the 10th Infantry in 1885 and moved through the ranks, after graduating from the Army War College in 1907, then serving as Inspector General from 1909 to 1913.
